I Saw Mommy Feeding Santa Claus

(Because it's a Greek house, so of course.)

Today we have an easy and delicious solution to what to serve for the holidays and beyond - a fresh and scrumptious Mediterranean charcuterie board!

Charcuterie boards are one of my favorite go-to's for a holiday appetizer spread, a quick supper, or to feed unexpected guests. Many of the items are things you can keep on hand in the fridge and pantry, and add things like cheese, meats and produce to fill it out.

You could take this theme and run with it in different directions, too. What about an all fruit board? Or fruit and cheese?

You could do mini phyllo pastry goodies - sweet or savory - and do a board of those, rounded out with crudités.

You could do one just of desserts and fruit. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination and how much work you want to put in (or don't want to put in).

Why not consider a Mediterranean charcuterie board for Christmas guests or New Year's Eve?

Enjoy!

'Til next time,

Barbara
