Interview with Diamando Stratakos of GOLIVE Spartan
Diamando Stratakos is as multifaceted as her name ("Diamond" in Greek) suggests. She is a Greek-American entrepreneur, business artist, retreat organizer and even master olive oil miller! She has founded multiple businesses, is a yoga teacher, has worked in corporate hospitality, is a mindfulness guide, visual artist and actor and all-around creative. Her business, GOLIVE Spartan, combines business coaching (although she doesn't love the word "coaching") with fascinating-looking retreats to her stunning ancestral lands around Sparta.
Diamando was kind enough to sit down with me via Zoom and talk to me about what her business does and how it developed, and how her Greek heritage touches and informs so many parts of her life.
